We Buy Houses in St. Louis
In 1927, Louis Mitleider started Mitleider Real Estate in downtown St Louis, MO. His son-in-law, Harold Klamen, joined the business in 1946 and he subsequently began Klamen Real Estate Group in 1955 in the University City Loop. In 1966, they moved the business down the road to 7508 Delmar. In 1981, Harold’s son Kelly joined the family business and in 2016, Kelly’s son Chad joined. Since its inception, Klamen has built our business on integrity, honesty and fairness.
We specialize in buying distressed property in St. Louis city and county. This includes properties being sold as a result of divorce, inheritance, foreclosure, job loss or inability to remain in the property. Klamen also purchases commercial and multi-family units. When we buy houses, the purchases are done discreetly and can usually close within 5 days.

We Buy Houses In Any Condition

We buy rental properties and bought this duplex as part of a 6 unit property. This building needed over $150,000 worth of updates and refreshes. We replaced everything including electric, plumbing, and HVAC. We still own this property and run it as a rental.
This is a property that we were able to retain the existing floors. We buy houses as-is and sometimes the floors are so bad they need to be replaced but these floors came out great after they were sanded, refinished and stained.

We bought this building and currently rent it out to Washington University students because it is near campus. We bought it from a bank and it needed a total rehab. We moved the kitchen from the back of the building and put it in the middle to provide a better layout for the property. If you or anyone you know is facing foreclosure, call us before it's too late. Many times foreclosure can be avoided!
This property is very close to the Botanical Gardens in St. Louis city. It was a very fun project and we were able to keep lots of the building's historic charm. The seller wanted to sell after the roof leaked and caused lots of water damage on the floors and walls but knew we buy houses in any condition.

We bought this house from someone that inherited the property from her father. This is a townhome in St. Peters. The seller had smoked in the house so everything had to be either removed or painted. After the rehab we ended up renting to a very nice couple.
This is a picture of a half bathroom in a South St. Louis City house. A real estate agent referred us to this property. The seller did not want to put the property on the market because it was in very poor shape and was also in a bit of a hurry but they knew we buy houses fast. We closed this sale in less than 10 days, on the purchase. After the rehab was completed we sold it to a young family.

This property was sold to us from a couple that wanted to move out of St. Louis to the country. They did not want to have to pay a commission nor have multiple buyers in the house, so they sold it as-is and off market. Selling a house quickly due to moving can be difficult but we offered a fair price that was great for everyone involved. We allowed them to stay in the property for one week after closing to make a smoother and easier transition for them.
